Refund policy

Consumers in Denmark and other countries where a statutory cooling-off right applies generally have 14 days from receiving the goods to notify us that they wish to withdraw from the purchase. If an order is delivered in several parts, the period normally begins when the final part is received.

Send your notice to hello@whimsydoodlings.com or use the withdrawal form at whimsydoodlings.com/withdrawal-form. Include your name, order number, product and date received.

After notifying us, return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notice. Contact us for practical return instructions. Unless otherwise agreed or required by law, you pay the direct return cost. Use suitable packaging and retain proof of dispatch.

You may inspect the goods as you would in a physical shop. You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

We refund covered payments, including the least expensive standard delivery offered for the order, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that they were returned. Refunds are normally made to the original payment method without an additional refund fee from us.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Statutory rights apply if goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. Danish consumers generally have a two-year statutory right to complain about a lack of conformity. Contact hello@whimsydoodlings.com before returning such an item and include your order number, a description and photographs where useful. Where we are responsible, we provide appropriate return instructions and cover reasonable return costs as required by law.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply to certain personalised, sealed or otherwise legally exempt goods. Any relevant exception will be explained before purchase.
